Dr. Michelle T. Cahill - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Michelle Cahill, DVM graduated for the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She grew up in the rural town of Adrian, Missouri surrounded by lots of animals. Veterinary medicine was a natural choice because someone in the family needed to be a vet. The family menagerie now includes Shetland sheep, rabbits, chickens, a few dogs and cats and a goat.
Dr. Cahill joined the Central Pet Care Team in June of 2003 and has greatly enjoyed meeting so many wonderful people and their pets. That’s certainly the best part of her job as a veterinarian, helping foster the bond between people and their animal companions. Her medical interests include dermatology and internal medicine.
Dr. Cahill and her husband Mike have two young boys, William and Harrison. She enjoys the traditional crafts of knitting, rug hooking, felting, and beadwork, usually during their nap time. She is also an active member of American Business Women’s Association and received the honor of Woman of the Year for 2003 from her chapter.
