From the North: Take the First Carthage Exit (571 South). Continue South through Kendricktown, Highway 571 will turn into Garrison Ave when you get to the Carthage City Limits. The First major intercetion is Central Ave, head East on Central Ave.. You will see our building on the South side of the street on the corner of Maple Street and Central Avenue.

From the South: Take the First Carthage Exit off of I-44. This will be Alternate Highway 71 North. Then take the third Carthage Exit (Central Ave. also called Highway 96) at the end of the ramp head east. You will go through three traffic lights staying on Central Ave. You will pass McDonalds, Subway, and Burgerking along the way. After you have gone through the third traffic light you will see our building on the South side of the road, just past Hometown Bank on the corner of Maple Street and Central Ave.

From the East: Follow 96 East or Highway 71 North from Joplin/Webb City towards Carthage. You will pass under Alternate 71 going through two traffic signals. You will then continue heading East, going through three traffic lights. You will pass McDonlads, Subway, and Burgerking along the way. After you have gone through the third traffic light you will see our building on the South side of the road, just past Hometown Bank on the corner of Maple Street and Central Ave.

From the West: As you approach Carthage from the West on 96 Highway you will pass Kellogg Lake Park on the South side on the road. You will then go over Spring River and a railroad track. Just after passing over the railroad track you will make a sharp turn to the West. This is Central Ave, follow Central Ave approximately 1/2 mile. You will see the sign for the Clinic on the South side of the road.
