Payment Options

Payment is due at time of service. Any financing or other arrangements need to be made prior to service.

A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the treatment plan is due at the time of admittance for hospitalized pets. The balance will be due when pet is release from the hospital.

The doctors and nurses will develop a treatment plan including an estimate of your pet’s anticipated fees. This treatment plan is based on your pet’s current health status, but also allows for potential changes that may arise during your pet’s stay with us. The treatment plan is presented and discussed with you, allowing you to become familiar with the doctors recommendations and the fees associated with testing and treatment.

A deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required before services are rendered. Payment of balance is required when services are completed, and/or prior to patient discharge.

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Care Credit.

Because you pet deserves the best care, we offer CareCredit to our clients because you pet is an important part of your family. CareCredit is available with approved credit and may offer no interest or low fixed rate payment plans, providing your pet immediate care for any treatment amount.
